Christian Living and Philosophy of Education
Must be a Christian who has asked for the Lord's forgiveness and accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
Must have a passion for Christian Education that aligns with Surety Christian Academy's mission and core values.
Must be an educator who believes that parents are children’s most important teachers.
Must be a go-getter who feels called to serve children and families with the fruit of the spirit.
Must be committed to continued education especially when it comes to Christ.
Must be an active member of a Christian Church with regular attendance.
Must agree with SCA statement of faith.
Experience
Teaching or student teaching experience at the appropriate grade levels
Cultivates a culture where learning is fun, relevant, and rewarding
Displays effective classroom management strategies
Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and organization skills
Proficient in using technology to support education.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Elementary or Secondary Education or specialized major.
