Surety Christian Academy's mission right now is for the edification of the faithful families in Wayne County, Indiana who agree with our statement of faith. We ask that Surety Christian Academy students and families maintain unity of mind and spirit regarding doctrine, philosophy, and standards for worship to be in tune with the biblical principles that we will be teaching the children while at school.
Families should demonstrate love for the Lord, commitment to spiritual growth, and desire to raise up their children by faithfully attending a Christian Church or a ministry that agrees with our statement of faith. Surety Christian Academy admits and retains only students who, along with their parents, faithfully attend local church services.
Surety Christian Academy only admits a student who transfers from the former school in good standing. In evaluating a potential student, admission testing and family consultation are required.
Surety Christian Academy seeks to set and maintain standards for student conduct, dress, life, education procedures, and scholarship that honor the Lord and demonstrate a spirit of excellence. In addition, students and parents must willingly sign the Statement of Faith and Student handbook agreement. Students must continue to indicate this desire via the annual re-enrollment process.
Kindergartners must be 5 years old by August 1st of the 2025-2026 school year to be enrolled. We require all students to be potty trained and know their first and last names.
Students will take assessments for applicable learning before being placed in their first set of classes to measure whether a student is ahead or needs to be brought up with their peers.
